1. Say only what you mean. Avoid using words against yourself or to gossip about others.
2. Find the Courage to ask questions and express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstanding, sadness, drama.
3. Always do your best. This will change depending on whether you are healthy or sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best and you will avoid self-judgement, self-abuse and regret.
4. Don’t allow the negative actions of others to affect you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality. When you are immune to the negative actions of others you won’t be a victim.
